The Stagehand Course is free for active Williams Signal technicians — eligibility is verified automatically by your email. For everyone else it is a one-time $19.99. Either way, access is self-paced and yours to work through on your own schedule.

Do I need prior experience to take the Audio Course?

No. The Audio Course welcomes everyone from complete beginners to working technicians leveling up. When you enroll you tell us your experience level and what you want to get out of the class, so the instructors can tailor the day to the room.

The in-person Audio Course is taught by Williams Signal's own senior technicians, including Grant Calderon and Johnny Williams, who run live-event audio professionally.

What is the refund policy?

For the in-person Audio Course, you get a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the class start date. Within 7 days, the enrollment is non-refundable, but you can transfer to a future class for free (a transfer made within 7 days carries a non-refundable flag). The Stagehand Course is a digital product, so all sales are final.

Can I transfer to a different class date?

Yes. Transfers between Audio Course class dates are free at any time. If you transfer more than 7 days before your original class, your normal refund rights carry forward; if you transfer within 7 days, the new enrollment becomes non-refundable.
